Dry clean recommended or delicate hand wash at 30°C without soaking. Use a mild detergent, do not wring — gently press out water through a towel. Dry flat, shaping the bag as it dries (you can stuff with paper). Do not dry on a radiator and do not hang by the handles while wet. If needed — lightly steam from the wrong side through a damp cloth, avoiding pressure on the relief. If possible, isolate metal handles before washing / dry them thoroughly after.
